Overview
This Business Credit Agreement applies to approved wholesale customers granted payment terms by Chef Ceber. Agreement Acceptance By using an approved business-credit account or placing orders under such terms, you accept the conditions above.
Credit Terms
Payment Terms Payment is due Net-15 or Net-30 from the invoice date. Net-15: 15 days Net-30: 30 days Late Payment Overdue balances accrue interest on open amounts. Monthly Interest: 2% Annual Rate (APR): 24% 60+ Days Overdue Accounts over 60 days overdue may be suspended or sent to collections, incurring additional fees and credit impact.
Credit Limit
Dynamic Credit Management Chef Ceber may assign or adjust the credit limit at any time based on: • Account history • Payment performance • Order volume • Business status Adjustments • Limit may be increased with strong payment history • Limit may be reduced for late payments • Credit may be suspended after defaults • Credit usage is reviewed regularly
Ownership of Goods
Title Retention All goods remain the property of Chef Ceber until invoices are paid in full. Details: • Legal ownership remains with Chef Ceber until full invoice payment • Title transfers only after full payment • Chef Ceber may reclaim goods if payment is not made • This protects Chef Ceber's interests for unpaid invoices
Invoicing & Disputes
7-Day Dispute Window Any billing discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of invoice receipt. Failure to do so constitutes full acceptance of the invoice. Timeline: Invoice Received: Day 0 Report Dispute: Day 7 After Day 7: Charges are accepted Valid Disputes Include: • Incorrect quantities • Wrong items shipped • Pricing errors • Damaged goods Submit To: [email protected] Include your invoice number and description of the issue.
Default & Collections
If payment is not received by the due date, Chef Ceber may: • Revoke credit terms and require prepayment • Apply late fees (2% monthly interest) • Recover all collection costs, including legal and agency fees Credit Suspension • All future orders must be prepaid • Interest accrues on outstanding balances Collections Process • Account may be sent to a collection agency • Customer is responsible for recovery costs
Confidentiality & Data Protection
Credit information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. • All credit applications and financial data are confidential • Protected using industry-standard security practices • Shared only if necessary with credit agencies or collections See our Privacy Policy for more details.
Governing Law
This Business Credit Agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. • All disputes are subject to Ontario law • Jurisdiction: Courts of Ontario, Canada • Both parties consent to Ontario jurisdiction
