At Chef Ceber, we care about the quality of our handmade chocolate products. Every order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, we're here to make it right. Quality Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our handmade chocolates and will promptly resolve issues with damaged or incorrect items.
Return Eligibility
Accepted Returns: • Product arrives damaged • You receive the wrong item Important: Due to the perishable nature of our products, all other sales are final. Perishable Products: Since our chocolates are perishable, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as taste preferences, change of mind, or opened items.
48-Hour Notification Window
Time-Sensitive Requirement: To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please email the following to [email protected]: • Your order number • Description of the issue • Clear photos of the received item(s) Important: Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
Return Process
If your return is approved: • Prepaid Shipping Label: We'll provide you with a cost-free prepaid return shipping label. • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging. • Ship the Item: Securely package the item and attach the prepaid label before shipping.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refund Process: • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. • Processing time is 7–10 business days. Exchange Policy: • Exchanges are available only for the same product if damaged or incorrect. Note: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer exchanges for different products, sizes, or flavors.

Free Return Shipping: For approved requests, return shipping is free with our prepaid label. Seasonal Shipping: During warm seasons, we recommend expedited shipping to prevent heat damage. Temperature-Sensitive Products: Our chocolates are heat-sensitive. Faster shipping ensures they arrive in perfect condition.
Final Sale Policy
All items are final sale unless damaged or incorrect upon delivery. We cannot accept returns for: • Change of mind • Taste preferences • Incorrect size or quantity ordered • Opened or consumed products
